Dark Knight Rises Set Visit Preview and New Character Banners

We visited the Pittsburgh set of The Dark Knight Rises one brutally hot day last summer. While our full set visit report is under embargo until closer to the film's July 20 release, we can say that we witnessed the filming of the football field destruction by Bane and his mercenaries, certainly one of the most talked about scenes from the trailers.

While we were at Heinz Field, we got a chance to chat with Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, and Nestor Carbonell (Mayor Garcia), as well as producer Emma Thomas, costume designer Lindy Hemming, and special effects supervisor Chris Corbould.
